How to Perform Umrah with BESTur? Our guests register to our program after seeing the visuals of the hotels they will stay in (even their rooms if they wish) and liking them.

After the official procedures begin with the receipt of the documents required for registration, we first deliver to our guests the gifts they will use in the holy lands by hand or by cargo.

Depending on the situation of the guests, we organize the "UMRA INFORMATION SEMINAR" on the Saturday before the departure date, at the mosque close to our head office or in the meeting room of our two-storey office, depending on the participation rate. Information is provided about Saudi Arabia, Mecca and Medina, including their history and present.

UMRA INFORMATION SEMINAR also provides information on how to perform Umrah, what ihram means, how to enter ihram, the differences between men's and women's ihram, the prohibitions of ihram and what to pay attention to while in ihram.

UMRA INFORMATION SEMINAR also shares information about the clothes to be worn according to the season, where to go in Mecca and Medina, information about the Umrah program to be applied in Mecca and Medina and the hotels to stay.

After our seminars, the flight departure date and flight time determined by our information technology unit and where and what time to meet are conveyed to our guests both by voice and via e-mail or WhatsApp, and they are informed about the flight movements.

DEPARTURE AIRPORT PROCEDURES:

Our guests, who are ready at the port on the determined flight day and time, first receive their passports accompanied by our airport officials, then carry out the baggage procedures and become ready for passport control.

The daily departure schedule of the tour they are participating in is also delivered to them at the time of document delivery at the airport.

The exit fee stamps that our guests must purchase are also purchased and pasted on their passports in advance, ensuring their easy passage through police control.

After the briefing before departure, accompanied by our expert instructors who join the flight with them, they pass through passport control with our attendant and board their plane departing from Istanbul.

After a 3 hour and 25 minute flight under normal weather conditions, our guests who go to Medina first get off the plane and are directed to passport control with the sign of our instructor staff. After passport control, they collect their luggage and exit the airport.

At the check-out exit, with the sign of our Medina officer waiting for them, they get into the latest model vehicles that will take them to their hotel and leave the airport with the participation of all the guests, our instructors explaining Medina and saying salawat.

SETTLEMENT IN MEDINA HOTEL, MEDINA:

Predetermined room keys are delivered to our guests in the hotel lobby. Our guests receive their room keys and go to their rooms. The luggage they brought with them is taken to their rooms by the hotel staff and delivered to them.

Our guests who enter their rooms, after freshening up their ablutions and making preliminary preparations, are ready in the lobby at the time determined by our Medina staff, taking care not to keep other guests waiting for this first move of the group. Accompanied by our instructors, we move towards Ravza, chanting salawats.

The first salute is held collectively with men and women in front of the Green Dome, and the mosque and its surroundings are introduced. Then, accompanied by our lady attendant, the ladies move to the greeting section reserved for them, while the men, together with our teacher, head towards the "Babü's Selam", the greeting gate, and enter the greeting.

When the greetings are over, we return to the hotel and start the first evening's rest.

DEPARTURE TO MECCA:

As the vehicle moves, our guests, who travel accompanied by talbiyes, salawats and takbirs until they reach Mecca, are also re-informed about both Mecca and the prohibitions of ihram, umrah and ihram, with the explanations of our teachers.

After a journey lasting 6 - 6.5 hours, we enter Mecca accompanied by takbirs and talbiyahs.

SETTLEMENT IN THE MEKKE HOTEL, MEKKE:

When arriving at the hotel, our guests are welcomed by our Mecca staff and go to their rooms by taking the room keys delivered to them. Their luggage is taken to their rooms by the hotel staff and delivered to them.

Our guests, who freshen their ablution in their rooms and relieve their travel fatigue by paying attention to the ihram prohibitions, are ready in the lobby at the time determined by our staff, taking care not to keep the other guests waiting for the group's first departure in Mecca.

Accompanied by our teachers, they leave the hotel towards the Kaaba to perform the Umrah mission.

When they arrive in front of the walls of the Kaaba, our teacher informs them again and explains how to enter the Kaaba. Our guests, who act in accordance with this information and description, enter the Kaaba and see the Kaaba clearly, pray a lot and try to reach the reward of the one who sees the Kaaba for the first time with worldly eyes. When they finish the tawaf by praying a lot, they perform the two-rakat tawaf prayer in a suitable place behind the Makam-i Ibrahim.

Our guests, who drink plenty of zamzam and rest for a while, this time move on to the second movement of Umrah, sa', which is the act of walking on the hills of Safa and Marwa.
