Which airline company do you work with?

As Bestur, we primarily work with Turkish Airlines. Connecting flights with THY from all over Türkiye are provided by our company without any additional fee.

What's included in the free travel kit?

What is the difference between Umrah and Hajj?

Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam and is an act of worship that must be performed at a certain time (days 8-12 of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah). Umrah is an act of worship that can be performed at any time of the year and brings rewards but is not obligatory. While Hajj has more extensive rituals, Umrah can be completed in a shorter time.

How to process visa for Umrah?

Umrah visa procedures are carried out entirely by our company. All you need to do is have your passport valid for at least 6 months and submit the necessary documents. Visa fees are included in the tour price and your passport wallet will be delivered to you at the airport.

What should I pay attention to in terms of health during Umrah travel?

You should consume plenty of water due to the dense crowds and hot weather in the holy lands. Those with chronic illnesses should use their medications regularly, and our elderly and health-prone guests can benefit from wheelchair service. You should also pay attention to hygiene rules and take care of your hand cleaning.

How are transportation and transfers provided?

All our transfers are carried out by luxury and VIP latest model Mercedes Travego buses. In our boutique and VIP Umrah tours, Audi A6 passenger cars and GMC brand jeeps are used. All your local and intercity transfers, starting from airport pick-up and drop-off, are included.
